Chubby Chico Charms LLC will take customer suggestions free of cost, custom design fees range from $29.99-$199.99 Custom designs can not be returned once they have been approved or shipped for any reason.

RETURN POLICY
If you need to return your order or portion of your order for any reason, Please call our customer service reps at 1-800-704-6991 to get your (RMA) number within 30 days of purchase. Your order is subject to a 20% restocking fee regardless of return reason and shipping will not be refunded once shipped. Return postage is also not refunded.
