RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- If you need to return your order or a portion of your order for any reason, please call our customer service representatives at 1-800-704-6991 to get your RMA number.
- You have 30 days from the time of purchase for returns or exchanges.
- All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee regardless of return reason unless it is an error on our part.
- Shipping and handling is not refunded for any reason.
- Return postage is not provided or refunded.
- Exchanges are to be of equal or lesser value.
- The product must be returned to us before a refund or exchange is processed.
- We may request a photograph of the item being returned regardless of the issue.
- Refunds will be processed after the return is received. Once the return is received it takes approximately 1-3 days for inspection of the item and can take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to place the funds back into your account.
